Tom Brady launches The TB12 Method App
Last fall, Tom Brady released The TB12 Method: How to Achieve a Lifetime of Sustained Peak Performance, a book that detailed the five-time Super Bowl champion's approach to sustaining peak performance.
Brady and his trainer Alex Guerro have now launched The TB12 Method app. The quarterback announced the news via Instagram.
It’s amazing to see what started out as an idea on a stickie note four years ago now coming to life in a new way... At TB12, we set out with the intention to take everything we’ve learned over the years and use it to help people around the world fundamentally change how they train and take care of themselves by living to their fullest potential. With this new app, we have applied our knowledge to make it easy for you to implement the method in your life. Whether I am having a great day or a not so great day, it’s the practices in this app that I always return to keep myself on track, and I’m very excited for you all to try it out! "This app is the next step in making the TB12 Method available to everyone, everywhere," said Brady in a press release.
The app gives users access to information about Brady's approach to hydration and nutrition as well as workouts and muscle pliability exercises. The app features three categories:
- Discover: A frequently-updated stream of information and updates from the TB12 team across all TB12 Method focus areas, including muscle pliability, workouts, hydration, nutrition, and cognitive training.
- Content Library: The hub of all TB12 Method resources, including exercise videos, wellness tips, recipes, and more.
- My TB12 Plan: A customized pliability and workout plan designed around the user's sport, equipment, and preferences (available to premium subscribers only).
The TB12 Method app is currently available as a free download on iOS devices. After a one week trial, the premium subscription which includes additional exercises and personalization is available for $9.99 a month or $199.99 for the full year. The app will be available on Android devices in the near future.
