Tom Brady to release 'TB12 Method' book detailing his approaches to sustaining peak performance
Ever since joining Instagram back in January, Tom Brady has had one of the more entertaining feeds. From photos with his family to trips oversees he has given fans a inside look into his personal life, something that he hasn't done too much of during his Hall of Fame worthy career.

Today, (July 6th) the New England Patriots star quarterback took to Instagram and revealed his newest endeavor, a book titled TB12 Method: How to Achieve a Lifetime of Sustained Peak Performance.
The book is a culmination of what he has learned throughout his 12 years of playing in the National Football League. It will detail "more effective approaches to strength training, hydration, nutrition, supplementation, cognitive fitness, recovery, and other lifestyle choices," which athletes of all levels will be able to utilize in their own lives. Publisher Simon & Schuster called the upcoming book an "athlete’s bible" in their press release:
"Oversized, heavily illustrated, revealing yet deeply practical, The TB12 Method is an “athlete’s bible” that reveals Brady’s methods and approaches to sustained peak performance for people of all ages. In it, Brady tells the backstory that led to the revolutionary approach to his training and exercise regimen, one that decreases the risk of injury while extending peak performance. Brady offers the principles behind pliability, which is at the heart of a new paradigm shift and movement toward a more natural, healthier way of exercising, training, and living—and one that challenges some commonly held assumptions around health and wellness."

Being someone that reads alot of self-help books and is constantly looking for ways to improve myself, I am really looking forward to the reading TB12 Method in the near future.
Fresh off arguably the best season of his career and an unbelievable comeback in the Super Bowl, it's clear that Brady has effective methods in sustaining peak performance over a long period of time. He's on the verge of turning 40 and has been one of the most durable athletes in all of professional sports.
Over the last couple of years, there's been a handful of stories that have come out about some of his training regimen and diet plan but the forthcoming 320-page book is sure to be a lot more revealing and useful.
